Imbibe Live 2018, the trade fair specifically designed for the U.K. on-trade segment, has just ended.
Staged as usual in the famous Olympia exhibition center in London, Imbibe Live 2018 took place over a two day period witnessing la crème de la crème of the U.K. retailers involved in a rich walk-around tasting to discover the latest trends in the beverage arena.
Rovellotti Viticoltori in Ghemme, fresh from winning the gold medal at the Sommelier Wine Awards, presented the award-winning wine, Ghemme D.O.C.G. Chioso dei Pomi 2011 along with the current vintage of the same wine, the 2012, the Colline Novaresi Nebbiolo Valplazza 2015 and the D.O.C. Il Criccone based on the indigenous “Innominable Grape”.
Alberto Chinaglia, the Sales & Marketing resource who represented Rovellotti at the event, emphasized the great appreciation shown towards those wines that have been defined by the audience as “At last, different expressions of an intriguing varietal such as the Nebbiolo that bring a wealth of novelty in a range of wines that can today be difficult to recognize from one another .”
